Project Meteor

An intercepted transmission between War Veteren Cody S 117 and an un-named contact was decrypted by Blue HC on August 3rd 2009. Below is the folling conversation between the two parties which started the rumors and speculations about the project. Note: Parts of the conversation could not be recovered due to disruption in the coding.

Cody S 117: Be advised, Meteor is going well.

Person X: Excellent, I assume the information I gave you was good?

Cody S 117: Yes sir. The maps are ------------------------------------------------------------ and the recruit list is starting to grow.

Person X: Do you need help with the --------------- part of things?

Cody S 117: No sir. I'm good. I just hope this works, it's a gamble, but it could pay off.

Person X: Of course it will work. Nothing will disrupt the -------------------------------------------- you're capable.

Cody S 117: Thank you sir. I appreciate the help.

Person X: Of course. Wait, do you hear that?

Cody S 117: Sir?

Person X: The Blues have our signal, we must go. My contributions to Meteor are done, it's on you now.

Cody S 117: Yes sir.

Much speculation throughout Blue and Red HC has taken place about the new, classified movement by Cody S 117 in Red Army. A neutral contact reports that Cody S 117 is the only member of Red fully aware of the "Meteor" project, as even the Red Field Marshal EriRi 118 was apparently in the dark about the classified project even while his Major, Cody S 117 worked on it under him. Not long after the whispers started, it was discovered that the entire Red HC had been informed of the project by Cody S 117 and approved it's activation into Red Army which was scheduled to be used during the next war against the Blue Army.

After being betrayed by The Red Army Field Marshal, Cody S 117 took project METEOR to Blue Army where it will become an option for them to use against the Red Army. However, due to the chage in roles once I GhostHammer I joined blue and his following retirement, METEOR was never put into place. The specifications of the advanced training program will remain classified untill the wars have conluded, or Cody S 117 goes into retirement.
